Disney's Pop Century Resort to EPCOT's International Gateway, it may not be ideal for a 7:30 AM reservation at this spot.
The Disney Skyliner starts soaring an hour prior to the earliest
Early Theme Park Entry time at EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios. While things can always change, if I'm basing my opinion on a typical day, it's usually up and running at 7:30 AM, which makes you too late for your meal. I would recommend catching a rideshare to
Disney's Beach Club Resort to make your reservation on time. Just be prepared to show proof of reservation to the Cast Member at the gate, and those salted caramel beach buns are all yours.
