Hi, I have reservations for campsites at Fort Wilderness in October 2020 and December 2020. However, we do not have park tickets yet. I've seen dates for park reservations for ticket holders, but when might I be able to purchase tickets. Thank you.

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathleen! I'm so glad that you came to us to ask your question today because we just got a lot of information about the Disney Park Pass system, which is part of the phased re-opening process for Walt Disney World Resort. Beginning June 22, Disney Resort Hotel guests will be able to use the Disney Park Pass system to reserve entry into the Theme Parks during their stay. Guests must have valid admission in order to use the reservation system, so let's chat about what your options are when you don't have tickets in hand yet.

Kathleen, based on the capacity rules that have been put in place to enforce physical distancing and keep everyone safe, sales of tickets have been temporarily paused but they will resume later this summer after guests with existing tickets and Annual Passholders are given the opportunity to make Theme Park reservations for 2020 dates. There are some important dates to mark on your calendar and remember so you can keep a close eye on what's going on and be among the first to purchase tickets when they do go on sale. On June 22, Resort Hotel guests with valid theme park admission can make reservations using the Disney Park Pass system. Beginning June 26, Annual Passholders who do not have a Resort Hotel stay booked are able to make their Theme Park reservations, and on June 28, all other existing ticket holders can make reservations. New ticket sales will likely resume sometime later this summer after guests with existing tickets are taken care of, so be sure to bookmark and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog which will be the first place to break the official news of when we can expect to be able to purchase new tickets.

    Have a magical day, Kathleen!
