Hey there, Ruben! Thanks so much for stopping back by to planDisney to let us help you out again!
I can only imagine how excited you are to be just weeks away from your upcoming visit to Disneyland Resort! When I have
dining reservations, I try to be there 10 - 15 minutes early. That being said I have been a few minutes late for a reservation before and was still able to be accommodated, however, this isn't a guarantee, especially if you know ahead of time that it's likely to be more than 15 minutes late.
I strongly suggest you go into your "Future Plans" on the
Disneyland app and see if you can modify your reservation for a later time. I would hate for you to show up late and be denied or worse yet, already be charged as a no-show. I've had the best luck getting different times and hard to get reservations a day or two before the day I'm looking for a specific reservation. This is because you need to cancel 24 hours before your reservation to avoid that cancellation/no-show fee. If you can't find a reservation, there are so many great quick service options that may work out better for you. Or maybe see if you can grab an
On-the-Go Hungry Bear Dining Package so you can grab a bite and then have a reserved area to go to be able to enjoy Fantasmic! This would eliminate the stress of trying to show up on time for a reservation, especially if you are trying to plan around what time you will get into Anaheim if you are traveling. Southern California traffic is no joke and is completely unpredictable.
Ruben, the last thing you want is to start off your trip by being stressed about making a reservation! That's not very magical. I hope you are able to find a later time if you have your heart set on Cafe Orleans. See you real soon!
