As my pals Timon and Pumba might say, “Hakuna Matata!” It means “no worries!” Welcome to planDisney, Gabriella! That’s a great question that you brought to us!
Guests with the
4-Day/4-Park Magic Ticket do not have to make theme park reservations! Consider your ticket as your reservation. That ticket allows you to visit one Disney Park per day during your vacation. You must visit each of the four parks on a different day of your vacation.
If it gives you peace of mind, the
Disney Parks are beginning to phase-out theme park reservation requirements with all date-based tickets! You can consider the 4-Day/4-Park Magic Ticket as part of that phase-out!
Gabriella, visit with confidence! While it is true that the Disney Parks have occasionally closed due to reaching capacity, that is unlikely to occur during your mid-July visit. Closure, due to capacity, typically occurs during the very busy week between Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve/Day. While it’s possible, I don’t recall a recent closure, due to capacity, during the summertime months except for the 4th of July, but your visit isn't scheduled until well after the holiday!
Happy Planning!
