Hello Megan!
Welcome to planDisney! Sounds like you have a Walt Disney World vacation already scheduled...yay! Now let’s make sure you are rolling nothing but STRIKES when it comes to your vacation planning.
The bowling venue at
Disney Springs is called Splitsville, and it boasts 50,000 square feet of bowling, billiards, bars and live entertainment. Even better, many of the bowling balls have Mickey on them!
We don’t want you to have a gutter ball by showing up to Splitsville with no lanes available. So here’s how it works. You can click the
Splitsville Dining Room link and access how to make a dining reservation. Or if you are just interested in bowling, that same link will take you from the Walt Disney World side directly to the Splitsville website where you can request a lane. It also shows that walk-in bowling is available every day at select times, so maybe that will be more to your liking so you have more flexibility. If you do want to combine bowling and dining, that would make for a perfect game. Let me tell you, this is not your average bowling alley food. You can get sushi and salads alongside pizza and burgers.
While you are over at Disney Springs, save room for some dessert at
Gideon’s Bakehouse. Those cookies are almost as big as my head and loaded with more chocolate chips in one cookie than practically an entire box of cookies. Another really unique offering at Disney Springs is cruising around Lake Buena Vista aboard an
Amphicar, which is a fully restored car that can transform into a boat. Your captain will chauffeur your party on a 20 minute tour. Bowling AND boating? Totally fun!
Megan, if you have more questions you can SPARE, then come back by planDisney anytime. Have a wonderful time adding bowling and other fun activities to your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth!
