I love
wearing a MagicBand for my Disney vacations. Not only is it a super cute accessory, but it's also super functional! Whether I'm using it to tap into the theme parks, open our Disney Resort hotel room door, link our Disney PhotoPass photos to my account, or charge food and merchandise purchases to our room folio, it certainly adds a little pixie dust to our visits. I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some difficulty customizing your MagicBands! Let's see if we can get it sorted out.
If you're a
Guest of the Disney Resorts Collection and you're taking advantage of the Special Pre-Arrival Pricing to order MagicBands ahead of your visit, it's important to note that you can only place one order. It's possible to order a few MagicBands for select members of your party and then decline MagicBands for others. But it's not possible to order a few MagicBands for select members of your party and then place another order later for others. I know that's a bit confusing! In short, if you already placed a pre-arrival order for some MagicBands, you won't be able to place an additional order for the other two. But not to fret! That's not to say you can't purchase MagicBands for those other two Guests. You can order MagicBands from the Disney Store online or wait until you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort. I've found that the selection of MagicBands available at Disney Resort hotels and at merchandise locations in the theme parks is much larger than what's available for pre-order!
Stephanie, if you haven't actually placed a pre-arrival order for MagicBands and it seems like you're able to customize some in your party and not others, my best advice is to
call the My Disney Experience line. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! I once had difficulty with my My Disney Experience account and a Cast Member was able to manually access my account over the phone and resolve the issue for me.
