Hi, there!
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathryn. We just love helping you plan your visit to the
Walt Disney World Resort!
Congratulations on your upcoming graduation. I can't think of a better place to celebrate such an accomplishment! I'm glad to hear you've booked lots of special meals for your stay, and I totally understand your concern. You'll be pleased to know that if one of you is feeling unwell and unable to make the reservation, the other may still go. In my experience, as long as one member of the dining party is present, the reservation is honored. Just keep in mind that if neither of you make it to the reservation, you may be charged a no-show fee per person. If you both anticipate needing some downtime, be sure to
cancel any dining reservations within the cancellation window that was specified at the time of booking.
During a recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, I desperately needed a bit of quiet downtime to ease some anxiety I was experiencing. I made a same-day appointment at
Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and boy, did it help. I booked just a simple manicure, but the experience was relaxing, peaceful, and oh-so-luxurious. I went in feeling worried, sad, and overwhelmed and came out feeling perfectly content and calm! I highly recommend a
spa experience for you and your friend during your stay.
I hope this was helpful, Kathryn. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
