Hi there, Krystal. Thanks for visiting us at planDisney. Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with linking your ticket and locating your park reservation. Let me walk you through the steps to see if this resolves it.
~ If you purchased your
ticket through the
Disneyland website or
Disneyland mobile app, it should already be linked to your account. You can check this in the
Disneyland mobile app, under Tickets and Passes. If you don’t see the
ticket there, check your email for a message you should have received the day you purchased your ticket – that would have the 18-digit ticket ID number in it.
~ To link your ticket in the Disneyland mobile app, go to Tickets and Passes, click the “+” in the upper right corner, and you’ll see a prompt to enter the ticket ID number or scan the barcode.
~ To check if you already have a
park reservation, go to Future Plans in the Disneyland mobile app. Any park reservations would be listed there. Or, you can log in to the
Disneyland website, go to My Disneyland, View My Park Reservations, and you’ll see your reservation listed there. (Note that when logged in to the Disneyland website, if you see a reservation, you can assume there is a ticket linked to that reservation, as you can’t make a reservation without a ticket.)
~ If you’re still having trouble, I would recommend contacting
Ticket Services via phone, since you’re so close to your trip now. They will be able to help you get this sorted out and ensure you have a ticket and reservation squared away before your visit.
Thanks for stopping by, Krystal. Crossing my fingers that everything gets sorted for your visit!
