I have reservations beginning Feb.1/Feb 5th. We can't stay through the 5th so we would need to leave the 4th. It looks like I can't alter my reservations at this point. It is saying no room is available (but I already have a room).

    Hi Edith,

    Welcome to planDisney!

How exciting to be in the midst of planning a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort! I know this seems like an odd dilemma since you have an existing reservation, but the issue may be with maintaining the same rate you have for the room. I recommend that you call to speak with a cast member. They should be able to assist you. I have faced this dilemma in the past and they were able to modify my reservation while keeping the discounted room rate I had. Although there is no guarantee the cast member will be able to maintain a particular rate, they have been able to help me in similar situations in the past.

As you prepare for your trip, I hope you have considered the Enchanted Extras Collection. My family adores the Droid Depot experience in Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and the Caring for Giants experience at Disney's Animal Kingdom. With every trip, we make a point to use Memory Maker so that we have photo memories. A few years ago, we also did Capture Your Moment at Magic Kingdom and had the best time. Those photos became part of our holiday card that year!

Edith, I have one last important question. Have you made a plan for matching shirts? We always do at least one and I love to order from shopDisney. Then, assemble your crew and become one with the Force!

    Happy planning!

    Magic and memories,
