I have reservations for my B-day dinner at California Grill and Narcoossee's. Which one should I keep? Want good drinks, good food, and fireworks. On a girl's weekend with no husband or kids! Thanks. You guys are amazing!

    Hi Lesley!

Happy (almost) birthday!  Disney moms Margaret, Whitney, Jodi and I recently shared a fantastic girls' weekend and had an absolute blast!  I'm guessing you and your friends will have a similar experience!  Both Narcoossee's and California Grille are a wonderful choice for a birthday meal complete with fireworks, complements of Wishes.  However, I would vote for California Grille for a ladies night.  Narcoossee's is a bit more quiet and romantic in my opinion. California Grille has an amazing wine list, as well as fresh, innovative cuisine that changes regularly, and a trendy upscale atmosphere. I also think the view of Wishes from the balcony at the California Grille cannot be matched.  You might even suggest that your friends call the Disney cake hotline at (407) 827-2253 to order a custom cake to be delivered to your table....just saying!

If you want to continue your fabulous birthday bash the next morning, you might want to indulge in a spa package at one of Disney's spas.  The Grand Floridian and Saratoga Springs Resort both offer massages, facials and a variety of other treatments.

Have a happy birthday and a wonderful trip!
