Hi Cheryl!
Welcome back to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by to see us again as you get ready to visit Walt Disney World Resort this fall. Do you know what's even better than one stay at a hotel in the
Disney Resorts Collection? Two stays! I love that split stays give you a chance to experience all of the magic that two unique resorts can offer.
Cheryl, split stays may allow you to double your Disney resort fun but, unfortunately, they are viewed as two separate reservations when it comes to
advanced reservation windows. This means that you can continue to book for your first stay now and then book for the second part of your trip 60 days before that check-in date for the length of that stay.
While I know this may not be the news you were hoping for, I do have some good news when it comes to split stays and the
new Lightning Lane passes. Unlike with advanced dining reservations, you should be able to make your pre-arrival selections and purchases for Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Lightning Lane Single Pass for the entire length of both stays as long as they are continuous with no gap in between.
I hope this information is helpful and that you enjoy a wonderful stay at Walt Disney World Resort in just a few short weeks. While you're making your dining reservations, you may also want to check out the
Eat to the Beat Dining Packages as it looks like the performance dates for some popular acts, including Hanson and Boyz II Men, may overlap with your vacation! Not only will you be able to enjoy a great meal at EPCOT, but you'll also have reserved seating for the show. If you have any other questions, please stop by to see us again!
Cheers,
Kristi
