Season’s Greetings, Kara!
Welcome to planDisney, we are so happy to have you. I just love a visit to Walt Disney World, especially during the
holidays. Our next visit is in November, just in time to see Walt Disney World transform to the merriest season yet. Unfortunately, our visit falls right before
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, but we will still get to enjoy other magical additions. The most exciting extra we are doing this year is
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party. I cannot wait! This will be my second party, but my family’s first, so I can’t wait to experience it through their eyes.
While bookings for 2026 haven’t officially started, I’d imagine seeing those dates open up shortly. I recommend keeping your eyes on the
Disney Parks Blog and the official Walt Disney World website for any updates on the
calendar expansion. Even though you can’t book just yet, now is the time to start saving for this trip.
The easiest way to save is with a
Disney Gift Card. As my family begins to budget, we start putting money aside for the trip. Once we reach a certain amount, we use that money towards a Disney Gift Card purchase. We then use those gift cards towards our resort reservation or meals while we are there. Since you can’t book just yet, this might be a good option so that you can start saving and budgeting for this visit.
Kara, I’m sure the excitement is overwhelming, but very soon you’ll be booked and counting down until it’s your chance to arrive. Until then, keep your eyes on the Disney Parks Blog and the Walt Disney World website. And if there’s anything else we can help with, let us know!
'Tis the season
