We have reservations for Art of Animation the first week of June 2012. Do you know if the food court will be open? We really need to know prior to going. Also, can you tell me if the first week of June is a good time to go? Thanks for all of your help.

Hi Ryan,

You must be so excited to be staying at Disney's newest resort right after it opens! As one of the resort's first guests, you'll be a part of Disney history. That's pretty cool.

You can be sure that Disney will have food available to the guests at Disney's Art of Animation Resort so, yes, Landscapes Cafe will open at the same time the resort opens. Check out the new progress report on Disney's Art of Animation Resort. It will give you a sneak preview of the resort you'll call home in early June.

Early June, by the way, is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. Temperatures are warm but not as hot as they will be later in the summer. Crowds are also quite reasonable because many schools throughout the country are still in session. I think you've picked an excellent time to visit the most magical place on earth!
