We have reservations at AOA on Sept. 15. Is there a map of the resort available. I like to see where pools are located & sometimes request a room in a certain area. We will be staying in the Lil' Mermaid section, arriving on its opening day. So EXCITE

    Hi, Tonda!

I stayed at Pop Century where we were able to look across the lake to the Art of Animation.  It looked awesome!  They were hard at work to make this newest Disney resort completely magical!

In addition to the 1000 family suites, there will be over 800 standard rooms in the Little Mermaid section, and the resort will boast one Main Pool area and 2 additional "quiet" pools.  There will also be a children's splash area which should be so much fun!

The best map I could find is in this link, you will need to cut and paste it into your browser:

It looks like you will have a nice pool right near your Little Mermaid rooms, very fun!  Enjoy your stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
