Laura from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I have reservations already for 6 tickets park hopper on June 13. This day is fully booked now. I need to change the name on one of the tickets as a different person is coming now without losing the original reservation. How do I do that?

    Hiya, Laura!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are so excited to answer your question regarding your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets! AND, it looks like you will be arriving in a few days! WOO HOO! I know you are going to have the most MAGICAL day ever!

So, are you ready for some TIGGER-ific news? I am very excited to share with you that you do not have to change the name on an existing ticket in order for another person to use that specific Disneyland Theme Park Ticket. Once your party arrives at one of the Disneyland Theme Parks, a Cast Member will take a picture of each person using a ticket. From there, the ticket will be linked to the person on the picture, not the name on the ticket.

If you have other questions or need further clarification about your Disneyland Theme Park Tickets, you can also call 714-781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member for additional assistance.

I hope this helps you in your planning process! As more and more "pixie-dusted" information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
