Hi Lauren!
Hello fellow Texan, and Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending your Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!
This question is a stumper, Lauren. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see inside your
My Disneyland Account to see which tickets you purchased or where or how. But I have some good guesses, and if anything the wonderful Cast Members at the
Theme Park Tickets helpline will for sure be able to assist. They can be reached at (714) 781-4636.
~ If you purchased a
Disneyland Resort Hotel Vacation Package through Disneyland.com or a Disney Travel Agent, there will be a special pool of
Park Pass Reservations set aside specifically for you and parties who book this way. It's almost like the best-kept secret in town. (Click hEAR to see the
Disneyland Hotel Park Pass Reservation Availability Calendar.)
~ Vacation Packages for
Disneyland Good Neighbor Hotels usually send the tickets as PDFs or sometimes straight to your
Disney.com account, so double check your email or your
Disneyland Mobile App to see if there's anything already pushed in there. If you don't see anything within a few weeks, you can call the
Disneyland Vacation Packages Phone Helpline at (714) 520-5060 where they should be able to also pull up your package and tickets.
~ If you
purchased a vacation package through Costco you should reach out to my fellow
Disneyland Panelist Kamini, either by sEARching her previous answers or sending a question directly to her, as she and her family only travel to The Happiest Place on Earth using
hotel and ticket packages purchased at this super cool warehouse store.
~ If you purchased your tickets in some other way (through a travel agent or 3rd party reseller), reach out to that person or company to ask what they recommend.
I hope one of these mini answers answered your bigger question, Lauren. If it didn't, please feel free to reach back out! I promise that
you're not too late in making your Park Pass Reservations for right now. Be sure to follow our
official planDisney Instagram account where we're sharing all kinds of Disneyland Resort tips and tricks. We even just launched a brand new planDisney Podcast! And if you have any more Disneyland Resort planning questions, We're All Ears!
