I would like to make a reservation for Wonderland Tea Party at 1900 Park Fare. I understand the tea party is from 2:00-3:00pm. Will I make it on time to Animal Kingdom at 3:45 for Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade?

    Hi Maria,

The Wonderland Tea Party at 1900 Park Fare is super cute!  I think you'll have a tough time making it from the Grand Floridian to Disney's Animal Kingdom Park (DAK) in time for  Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade in 45 minutes.  After the Tea Party you'll still need to make your way to some form of transportation to DAK.  If you don't catch a bus right away, you'll have to wait a few minutes for one. Its about a 25 minute ride by bus.  Once you arrive at DAK, you'll have to go through security (unless everyone in your party is traveling without bags), then the turnstiles and then onto a spot for the parade.  If you drive your own car, you may save the wait for a bus but then you've got to park and make your way to the front gate before going through security and the turnstiles.

If you are planning to go to DAK afterwards anyway (not just for the parade), then try it.  If you make it - awesome but if not, you aren't rushing around in vain only to be disappointed because you were only trying to make the parade.

If my kids' hearts were set on the Wonderland Tea Party, I'd probably go with that.  Special experiences at Disney are always incredible and add extra pixie dust to your trip.

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
