If I make a reservation and Walt Disney World then offers a discount for that time period, does our reservation receive the discount?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Steve!

You must be so excited to start planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Making that Magic Your Way Vacation Package or Disney Resort hotel reservation makes it all so real! If you make your reservation and later, a Special Offer that coincides with your vacation is offered, you MAY be able to apply it to your current reservation. However, you will have to contact Disney Reservations in order to verify if it is applicable. I have done this in the past with no issues, however, I have also applied a Special Offer and had to switch my travel dates accordingly or I have had to switch Disney Resort hotels. Often, making the small change is still greatly worthwhile with the savings! I always like to go in being happy with my chosen Disney reservation, and if ever a Special Offer comes up it’s a bonus- not something that I expect. In addition, if your Disney reservation is all paid and the Special Offer is applicable, you will be refunded the extra that you have paid, at least that was my personal experience.

I hope this answers your question, we look forward to helping you plan your amazing vacation! See you again real soon,
