Hi Lynette!
Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for sending this Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR!
I am so sorry that you're having a bit of ticket trouble, Lynette. I completely understand, I wouldn't want to risk just showing up to Disneyland Resort, so far from home, without having previously made Park Pass Reservations either. I sadly don't have the proper magic mirror to see what exactly is going on with your upcoming vacation. However, I do have a few good guesses.
If you're referring to eTickets, that maybe someone gifted to your group, these should be able to be linked to your
My Disneyland Account the same as a paper ticket. According to this
eTicket Frequently Asked Question link, it does sound like there's greater success using the
Disneyland Mobile App.
If you purchased a vacation package through a non-Disney agency, such as Costco or AAA, there should be a code in your confirmation page that you can link to your Disneyland account or App right now. While the fine print of these packages does say that your tickets won't be available to you until four (4) days before your check-in date, they do allow for
Park Pass Reservations to be made once your
Park Pass Reservation Window opens, which is 120 in advance of your vacation. My friend and fellow panelist
Kamini is very well versed in
Costco vacation packages as this is primarily how she travels to Mickey's house with her own family and would love to assist with any follow-up questions you may have. Since you still have about a month until you can make park pass reservations, Lynette, now is a great time to resEARch your
Disneyland Dining options and even lEARn more about the brand new
complimentary Disney Genie service or the paid Genie+ add-on option.
If your Theme Park Admission Ticket vouchers are something else, like a
Disney Ticket Gift Card purchased at a grocery store in your hometown or are expired tickets from a previously canceled Disneyland vacation, or I'm just
missing the mark completely, your best bet would be to reach out to the
Ticketing Cast Members. Their phone number is (714) 781-4636, but you might have a better time reaching out through the 'Chat' feature in the Disneyland Mobile App. When you open the App, click the icon in the bottom right of the screen that looks like three lines stacked on top of each other. From this new screen, 'Chat with Us' is going to be the very last option of the rectangular boxes. Pro Tip: It's best to start this feature earlier in the day, and while you might not reach a live person immediately, they will get back to you.
I hope this helped to clEAR things up a bit, Lynette! Be sure to follow the
official planDisney Instagram account for all kinds of helpful tips and tricks. And if you have any more Disneyland Resort vacation planning questions, We're All Ears!
