Hi Anthony! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! You are scheduled to arrive at
Walt Disney World Resort in a few days! Sounds like we may have either a technical glitch or a mix-up with terminology. Let's do some troubleshooting. I know this can be confusing, but both a valid
Theme Park Ticket and
Disney Park Pass are required for entry prior to your visit. Grab your smartphone and open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner. Select "Future Plans" and scroll for "Disney Park Pass" listings. If you do not see this and feel this is in error, I suggest it is time to make a call to the
Help Center. If you have confirmation emails of your Theme Park Reservations even better! Keep those handy to prove you did indeed make Disney Park Pass Reservations. Alternatively, try using the chat feature in your app or online. I suggest trying early or late in the evenings as wait times have been rather long.
If for some reason, you cannot secure a theme park reservation, you may need to consider changing the start date of your Theme Park Ticket. Here is a
link to help you through that process. I would advise going straight back to the Disney Park Pass reservation site to secure your new selection. Here is the
Disney Park Pass Reservation Availability Calendar.
Get back to the Magic to celebrate
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Stay into the evening when the sun goes down and Disney icons come to shimmering EARidescent life during
Beacons of Magic. My favorite is
Spaceship Earth at
EPCOT.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
