Welcome to planDisney! We’re so excited to hear that you’ll be visiting The Most Magical Place on Earth so soon! You’ll be thrilled to know that you can check your account balance on the My Disney Experience Mobile App once you’re making charges to your room or on your MagicBand!
All you need to do is log in to your
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click the lower right corner’s icon, select the “My Plans” option, select your Resort Hotel information, and from there you should see a “View Charges” option in blue! You’ll be able to see all of the charges that have been made to your account from there.
If you are having a hard time finding this when you are on your vacation, all you need to do is visit a Cast Member at the front desk of your Resort and they will happily help you locate your balance.
If you are looking to see your remaining balance you need to pay leading up to your trip, just log in to the
Walt Disney World Resort website, get to the “My Plans” page, scroll down until you see your Resort information, and select “Make a Payment” next to your remaining balance due.
