    I have a reservation at Via Napoli on the 26th. We ALWAYS eat there when we visit since the pizza is the best! I know they make their delicious mozzarella in house, do you know if they use pasteurized milk?? Very important!

    Hi Heather,

    I had a really lousy pizza the other day and it made me homesick for Via Napoli. 

    (Sadly, I feel more at home at Walt Disney World than I do in my own hometown!)

    So, I'm sending you a virtual high five because it sounds like we have a lot in common - we both make Via Napoli a priority for each Disney vacation and we both acknowledge them as makers of the best pizza in the world.  

    (Not just Walt Disney World....but the entire world!)

    Great question about the cheese. I definitely recall eating at Via Napoli with my wife when she was pregnant with our children and she was very cautious about unpasteurized milks and cheeses. However, I'd still recommend that you ask your server if you can speak to one of the chefs so you can double-check. Just say that you have a dietary intolerance and someone will swoop over to your table faster than you can say, "Funiculi Funicula!".

    Here's a little tip from your buddy Derek:

    It may be tempting to immediately launch into one of Via Napoli's pizzas as soon as you arrive.  (I'm a purist, so I always go for the Margherita.)  However, I'd highly recommend taking a detour and hitting some appetizers first. Two of my favorites are the Arancini and the Fritto Misto. 

    You might be thinking to yourself, "Is this dude for real? He recommends two varieties of friend appetizers to eat before a pizza?"

    Yep! I sure did! 

    With all of the walking you have to do around Epcot, it'll be super easy to walk off a few extra, and very delicious, calories.
