I’m sorry to hear one of your pals can no longer join you, but I’m happy to hear another pal may be able to join instead! A wholly unused
ticket is transferrable to another Guest. You can
contact Ticket Services to change the name on the ticket and
reservation. Don’t cancel the reservation for the Guest who can no longer attend, because if there is no longer availability on that day, you won’t be able to secure a new reservation.
If for any reason you can’t take care of it before your arrival, you can also stop by the main entrance ticket booth once you arrive.
