I am so sorry that you might have to cancel your current park reservations! I completely understand that life happens and plans change. The good news is that if you purchased your tickets this year from the
Disneyland Resort website, you have plenty of time to use them! One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2023 ,and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2024 ,or within 13 days of first use, whichever occurs first.
To cancel your current theme park reservations, you'll need to log in to your
Disneyland Resort account, select the "My Disneyland" link, and then click the "Ticket and Reservation Details" link. Select the reservation you wish to cancel and click "Cancel Reservation". You'll then be able to select the party members who need to cancel. Once canceled, you're free to go ahead and book your new reservation!
