Elisa from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, I have a reservation for the upcoming week. We are concerned with the weather. Are we allowed to cancel our reservation the same day as are planed visit? Is there a certain timeframe in advance that we would have to cancel?

    Hiya, Elisa!

There is hardly anything better than a day spent at The Happiest Place on Earth, even if the weather is less than ideal. But I understand that we sometimes may need to change plans and reschedule for other times.

Whether you are using a standard theme park ticket, a promotional ticket, or a Disneyland Resort Magic Key pass, the deadline to cancel theme park reservations is 11:59 PM the night before the reservation. Park reservations may be canceled from the "My Theme Park Reservations" page, which may be accessed from the Disneyland Resort website or by tapping one of the park reservations within the “Future Plans” screen of the Disneyland mobile app.

To schedule new theme park reservations, you may return to the "My Theme Park Reservations" page. Note that for Southern California Residents 3-Day, Weekday Tickets, the three park visits must be used by May 26, 2022. Standard theme park tickets are valid until the expiration date indicated at the time of purchase or 13 days after the first use, whichever is sooner. Magic Key passes are valid until the expiration date indicated in the Disneyland app and can be renewed up to 40 days before their expiration.

Tony’s Tip: I hope you can pay a visit to the Disneyland Resort sooner than later. The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is going on now. It would be a shame if you missed it. The festival will be serving up flavors and fun until April 26, 2022.

I hope you have a magical time at the Disneyland Resort, Elisa!
