    Hello. We have a reservation for 7/26 and tried to purchase the new lightening lane passes for our trip, but it says our trip is too soon. I understand the 3 day rule but the new lightening lane passes came out today, so we were hoping to get them. Help?

    Welcome to planDisney! Today has been such an exciting and wild day as Lightning Lane Multi Pass has finally taken over! 

    Since this is the first day of this new offering for Guests it will inevitably have some glitches and issues. I'm not sure if you are an Annual Passholder but I am hearing that even with reservations in place these specific ticket holders are having trouble with this brand-new system. Cast Members are advising Guests to keep on trying. If you are a standard theme park ticket holder make sure the tickets are applied to your account and that you are logged into that account.

    You are within the three-day window so you should be able to book and if you are reading this then I hope you have already done it! Please do not give up and try again as I found it worked out when I experimented with it now. My husband and I have been tracking to see how quickly Lightning Lane return times run out and saw that within an hour all times were gone for Tiana's Bayou Adventure but then it would appear randomly later on. Is this another glitch? Is this how it will look when you arrive? I don't know! But I do know that selecting this attraction first is imperative if this is a must-do.
