    We have a 7:45am reservation at Trail's End Restaurant before heading to Magic Kingdom. We will be staying at All-Star Sports Resort. What will be the best way to arrange tranportation? I was thinking taking a taxi for breakfast and then a boat to MG.

    I have often wondered why most folks don't use taxis at Disney. They are convenient and allow you to spend your vacation time dining or enjoying the parks over making multiple bus transfers to get to a location. 

    I would agree that getting a taxi for the ride from the All-Stars over to Fort Wilderness is the quickest way to get to Trail's End. However, keep in mind that once you get to Fort Wilderness, you will have to take one of its internal buses to the Pioneer Hall and marina-end of the resort and to get to Trail's End. You will not be allowed to take the taxi in. You will walk from the taxi drop-off at the "Outpost" resort check-in over to the bus pavilion and take any of the buses headed to the Settlement. (I prefer the Orange Line which is less than an 8-minute ride depending on stops and is a straight shot.) You will be let off the bus near Pioneer Hall. Proceed down the sidewalk toward the marina. After breakfast, you can walk to the marina to catch the ferry to the Magic Kingdom.
