The good news is that you have tickets to the Walt Disney World® Resort! It seems like you are trying to make a
theme park reservation. My first thought was that the days you need may not have any availability for theme park reservations. I just checked the
theme park reservation availability calendar, however, and it looks like reservations are available.
It may be that your tickets are not linked to in your MyDisney account. From the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, log into the mobile app, click on My Tickets & Passes and then check to make sure your tickets appear. If they do not, you need to link those tickets. To do so, just click on the plus sign in the top righthand corner of the screen and then click on Link Tickets & Passes. If the tickets are linked and you still cannot make a theme park reservation, I recommend that you
call to speak to a cast member. The type of theme park ticket you have may also be affecting your ability to make park reservations.
Christophe, I am sending a little extra pixie dust hoping you get those theme park reservations made if you need them. If you have not yet done so, make a few
advanced dining reservations and consider
