It seems to me that you're having trouble locating the Theme Park Reservations that you made back in January 2022, so let's see if we can find them with a couple of tricks that I've got up my sleeve!
The very first thing I'd like you to do is head over to your email inbox. In my personal experience, I've always received a confirmation after making my Theme Park reservations, so if you were in fact able to secure these reservations for EPCOT, you should have received an email too.
If you were able to locate your Theme Park reservation confirmation email or emails, the next thing I'd like you to do is head over to the
Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the My Disney Experience tab, and click on
Meus planos. Once here, please scroll down until you see
Meus Planos, reservas e ingressos, where you should be able to locate any and all Theme Park reservations that you've made.
Now, Marcelo, if you didn't receive an email confirmation or if you did receive it but you can't seem to locate your Theme Park reservations on the website, it's time for you to contact a Cast Member through the chat icon in the My Disney Experience mobile app
or by calling (11) 4700-2835. Again, I'm so sorry to hear that you've been having trouble with your Theme Park reservations. I'm sure you're more than ready to start exploring everything that the Walt Disney World Resort has to offer!
