Hi Mike,
Welcome to planDisney!
Since it sounds like you have theme park tickets, I believe you are trying to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations. First, make sure that you have created a
My Disney Experience account. Once you have created that account, be sure to create profiles for anyone traveling with you who will need to have their plans managed by you or connect to other Guests traveling with you who may have their own My Disney accounts. Everyone traveling with you needs to be connected in your
My Family & Friends List.
Once you have everyone connected, you can
link and assign tickets. And then, once those tickets are linked in My Disney Experience, you can make park pass reservations for everyone in your party! I suggest checking the
theme park availability calendar first to see which parks are available on the dates of your visit. Then, make your park pass reservations!
As you continue to plan, I also suggest that you make
advanced dining reservations. When we last visited, there were capacity limits on dining, so we were so glad we had dining reservations for each day of our trip. When you get there, also make sure you have downloaded the
My Disney Experience Mobile App. With the mobile app, you can use
Mobile Dine Check-in and
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering.
Mike, review the
operational updates just before your visit since policies and procedures could change. Grab your superhero crew and get ready for an
Incredible Disney visit! We cannot wait to welcome you to a world of magic!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
