We have a reservation on Sunday, December 16th at the Hoop Dee Doo musical dinner show for 6:15. We will be in Animal Kingdom that day. What is the best way to get from there to the show and how much time should we allow?

    Hi Jessica!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation! Your trip is just around the corner! How exciting for your family. I hope you've started packing!

Getting over to Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground from Animal Kingdom is no problem at all. You'll want to arrive to check in for your Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue reservation by 6:00pm. To do so, you'll want to be exiting the Animal Kingdom gates by 5:00pm. Simply head to the bus stop for Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground. Head on down to Pioneer Hall to check in, and get ready for some rip roarin' fun times!

It's always recommended that you allow a full hour of travel time from one location within the Walt Disney World Resort to your destination. In this case, I'd add on the extra 15 minutes since you want to check in for your seating and get settled before the show actually begins!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question Jessica.
I hope you'll write me back again soon. I'd love to hear from you again!

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
