Hi Derek and welcome back to planDisney!
Dining at Walt Disney World is one of my favorite things to do! There are so many amazing restaurants at the theme parks,
Disney Resort hotels and
Disney Springs to choose from. It's hard to narrow down just which places to visit on each trip! I see that your vacation is fast approaching in less than a month. How exciting! Christmastime is my favorite time of year to visit. I just love walking down Main Street U.S.A. under the festive garland and holiday wreaths with a view of Cinderella Castle in the distance. I am especially excited for the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays this year since the
Holiday Kitchens menus were released yesterday. I'm drooling just reading about all of the delicious offerings!
Steakhouse 71 is a fantastic location for breakfast. I ate there with a few of my girlfriends a couple of weeks ago and had chocolate chip pancakes. They were so yummy! We rode the
monorail right over to
Magic Kingdom Park afterwards. Location, location, location! I am also a huge fan of Mickey waffles and I love that they have them on the menu at Steakhouse 71 as well. I am a very picky eater and in my experience, you can order entrees from the kids menu and ask for an adult version instead. It's not always guaranteed, but it doesn't hurt to ask. You can order yourself the Mickey waffles kids meal if you don't mind the smaller portion size.
Please
stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.
Have a magical day!
Leslie
