I have a reservation to stay at Walt Disney World for spring break… my older kids were almost annoyed (as we used to live in Celebration and spent too many to count days in Florida) are we allowed to change the reservation to Disneyland?

    Hi, Amanda!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your question. It sounds like a Disney Parks vacation is in your near future…it’s just a matter of whether it will be in Florida or California!

Since there are several weeks until your trip is scheduled to begin, you should be able to cancel without penalty. Booking a vacation at the Disneyland Resort, however, will depend on availability for your travel dates. Vacation cancellation or modification policies and procedures can vary depending on how you reserved your vacation, so it’s best to contact either your travel agent or the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) W-DISNEY (934-7639) for details—whichever method you used to book originally.

I hope this helps, Amanda, and that your family has a wonderfully pixie-dusted spring break. Please write back with any other questions you may have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
