It’s a small world after all, Misty, and I’m so glad you found your way back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! As the mom of three Mouseketeers ages 8 and under, I’d love to help you with your vacation-planning question!
I’m happy to report that yes, you can have diapers delivered to
Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel before your August arrival! I checked with a Cast Member, and she recommended ordering the diapers about two or three days before your arrival. The Bell Desk can hold on to your packages until you check in. Here’s the address of the hotel for you to ship to: Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, 1717 Disneyland Drive, Anaheim, CA 92802. The phone number is (714) 999-0990. When ordering, be sure to have the diapers shipped to the name of the lead Guest on your reservation, and be sure to include your day of arrival, too. I have also shipped diapers and baby items ahead of time when traveling with my
little ones, and I agree that it’s a huge help when packing for your family!
If you’re thinking about bringing your own stroller, just make sure it fits within the
stroller guidelines, which state that strollers can’t exceed 31” wide by 52” long. Or, if you’d prefer to rent a stroller upon arrival, I have two suggestions for you. First, you can rent a stroller from the Disneyland Resort. The Resort offers a single, jogging-style stroller, or a double tandem stroller. Strollers can be rented from
Stroller Rentals, located near the Main Entrance of Disneyland Park. Another good option is to rent a stroller from the Disney Featured Provider, ScooterBug, or from another third-party company. I recently rented a double stroller from ScooterBug for my family’s Walt Disney World Resort vacation, and I was so impressed with their service! The double stroller I rented was comfortable and clean, and the process was super simple. I picked the stroller up from the Bell Desk upon arrival, and dropped it off there when we departed.
Once you’ve arrived in the parks, I recommend tying a balloon or ribbon to the top of your stroller to help your family find it amidst all the other strollers in the Stroller Parking areas. Sometimes Cast Members will need to move strollers to consolidate parking areas, so this trick is especially helpful when that happens!
I also recommend checking out the
Baby Care Centers located inside both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. These Centers are my favorite spot to change, feed, or nurse little ones.
Though we’re still
waiting for a reopening date for the
Disneyland Resort hotels and theme parks, I can’t wait for the reopening of Downtown Disney District on July 9! Stay tuned to the
Disney Parks Blog and
Disneyland.com for the
latest updates. I can’t wait to get back to the magic when the time is right!
Wishing you and your family a pixie-dusted vacation, Misty!
