Can I make a reservation for spot to see the fireworks?

    Welcome to planDisney, Shaikha!

I’m so glad you decided to Be Our Guest with your question about how to get the best view of the nighttime spectacular show at the Disneyland Resort. The newest nighttime spectacular, “Wondrous Journeys,” is my all-time favorite because of its touching scenes from 100 years of Disney animation. It’s full of Tales as Old as Time that always leave me feeling so joyful.

Although the “Wondrous Journeys” nighttime spectacular does not have a particular area available to be reserved for viewing, it is with greatest pride and deepest pleasure that I present to you: Dinner Under the Stars at the Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace. From this birdseye view of Tomorrowland, you'll have a beautiful view of the projections dancing upon the Matterhorn Bobsleds from this magical dining spot. It’s important to remember that while the firework element may not happen every night, the light projections will still tell a beautiful story.

Another way to reserve seating for fireworks is by booking a Disneyland Resort VIP Tour. As a VIP tour guest, you can request access to reserved viewing areas for select nighttime spectaculars and other shows, even during hours outside your VIP tour that day. Please note that these benefits are subject to availability.

Shaikha, I loved sharing these tips with you and hope you found them helpful too! I’m so glad you are considering visiting the Disneyland Resort regularly. This year’s Disney100 celebration is never second best! So go on, unfold your menu, take a glance, and then visit me again if you have any further questions.

Thank you for putting my service to the test,
