Hi Scott! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so glad you found
planDisney here in our cozy little corner of the internet. We're happy to help answer any vacation planning questions you have, so you can let loose and make magical memories at the Happiest Place on Earth!
Scott, the Theme Park Reservation System has certainly added an extra element to the planning process. I know it may be a bit confusing, but I'm happy to walk you through some of the basics before helping to find someone whose magic wand extends a little further than mine! As part of the
Disneyland Resort reopening process, theme park reservations are now required for entry. If you
purchase your tickets via the Disneyland Resort Website, you will be prompted to choose the dates of your visit and those will automatically be reserved for you once you check out. If you purchase your tickets through a third-party vendor or are making reservations for tickets with no date attached,
you can do so here. I suggest checking the
Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar before purchasing tickets to make sure the dates you'd like to attend a theme park are available.
If you'd like to check if you already have active park reservations, you can do so by visiting the
Disneyland Resort Website and hovering over the "My Disneyland" tab. Click "Tickets and Reservation Details," then log in to your account if you have not yet done so. On this page, you'll find any active tickets and park reservations, including the dates and starting parks.
Scott, if you're still interested in speaking to someone regarding theme park reservations, I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member directly at Ticket Services. Not only are Cast Members kind and knowledgable, but they'll also make your chat worthwhile by helping to answer any specific questions you have during the reservation process.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to visit us again at planDisney at any step of the planning process!
Have a magical day,
Ashley
