Greetings, space traveler, and welcome to planDisney!
I see you're ready to go to infinity and beyond at one of my favorite Walt Disney World restaurants! Sally,
Space 220 Restaurant is one of the most immersive restaurants I've ever experienced. As soon as I board that space elevator, I know I'm in for an out-of-this-world meal! I see that you're just about ready for liftoff, so let's start our engines and get your plans squared away.
When it comes to table-service dining in Disney World, popular restaurants like Space 220 can fill up faster than light speed. This is why I recommend making
Advance Dining Reservations for restaurants you consider a must-do! Guests of
Disney Resorts Collection hotels can make their reservations 60 days before check-in, for the entire length of their stay (up to 10 days). All other guests can secure their spots 60 days in advance.
Sally, your grand galactic adventure is just around the corner, so you can make your reservations
now, no matter where you're staying. To do so, make sure you're logged into your
My Disney account and
click right here to snag your spot. Another option is to book through your
My Disney Experience app. Just click the + (in the middle of the menu at the bottom of your screen) and choose "Check Dining Availability."
Now, I just took a peek, and there are currently no reservations available at Space 220 on your specific date. But this is not necessarily an intergalactic emergency! First of all, guests are
constantly changing their plans, so be sure to check back frequently for cancellations over the next few weeks. I've personally had luck snagging same-day reservations at Space 220, just by keeping an eye on the app! Another tip is to check for availability at
Space 220 Lounge. You won't get the same prix-fixe menu you would in the restaurant, but you'd still get to soak up that unique and starry atmosphere!
Bonus Tip: If you have more than one day at EPCOT and Space 220 is a priority, consider searching for availability on alternative dates. This will give you the best chance of snagging a reservation!
I hope this information is helpful, Sally, and I wish you the best of luck in securing a spot over at Space 220. If you have any other planning questions, you know
where to find me right here at planDisney!
To infinity and beyond,
Allison
