Hi. We have a reservation for snow white artist character dining table for June 11. It’s my kids’ bday day before and 7 days after , and wanted to do the bday cake or some option I’d seen advertised before at the dinner. Can you help with That? Thanks

    Hi Karen!

Welcome to planDisney! With only a few more days until you arrive, I'm sure you and your family are thrilled to put the planning stages behind you and begin a magical stay.

I'm excited to hear you'll be having dinner at Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White during your upcoming trip! This dining location is one of my favorites, mostly due to the incredible ambiance and theming of the space. The food is creative and delicious, with each dish having a whimsical nature to it. The character interactions are wonderful, especially getting a chance to talk to the Evil Queen herself!

With birthday celebrations in your party, opting for a Mickey Mouse celebration cake is the perfect idea. These cakes can be ordered in advance and will be ready for your reservation the night you arrive. They come in three flavors, with your choices being dark chocolate, milk chocolate, or white chocolate. To reserve a cake, you can do so online or using the My Disney Experience App upon making your reservation. Since your reservation was already made, you may be able to edit it to add a celebration cake. You'll need to log on to your My Disney Experience account and locate your dining reservation under "My Plans." Select the "Change Reservation" option to the right of your Artist Point reservation. If you are unable to do so, you can always call the Dining Reservations line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They may be able to help make the appropriate modifications.

Otherwise, if you are onsite now and are in the area of Artist Point, you can stop by the location and order the cake in person. It is recommended that you do so at least 4 days in advance of your reservation to ensure that they have enough time to coordinate ahead of your visit. There will also be a limited number of cakes available the day of, so you can request one once you arrive the night of your dinner reservation. However, you do run the risk of none being available when you arrive.

Karen, I hope this information helps you plan for your stay! Please stop back and see us again at planDisney with any future Disney vacation planning questions!

    See ya real soon!
