    So have a reservation Sept 24 at 7:40pm will be asked to leave seat for show if no premium pkg.?

    It sounds like you have an advanced dining reservation at River Belle Terrace. If you have reserved a Standard Fantasmic! Dining Package for River Belle Terrace, you will very likely be seated inside the restaurant. Our family had this package in July and when we arrived at 5:45, dining on the patio was not an option because Cast Members were setting up that area for guests with the Premium Package. The good news is that your River Belle Terrace Standard Package comes with vouchers for a reserved viewing location to Fantasmic! and it's so fun to have a great view for Mickey's imagination!
