Here’s what you’ll want to do: Go to your
My Disney Experience app (you can download this from your phone’s App Store). Log in to your existing account and then look for the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner. This will take you to the main menu. Scroll down to the “Account” section and select “Account Settings.” There, find the “Personal Information” section and update info like your first and last names and your mailing address. That should do the trick!
AN EXTRA GEM: Now that you know the “how,” keep in mind that your My Disney Experience account is shared across many other Disney accounts. For example, if you want to update your maiden name to your new name, you may have to contact a Disney Cast Member to change it for services like
Disney+.
