Disneyland Resort question. I’m sorry there seems to be some confusion about your theme park reservation date, but I’m sure we can get to the bottom of it!
If you successfully made a
theme park reservation while purchasing your tickets online, you should have received an email containing a confirmation number, the reservation details, and a QR code for each person in your party. Try checking your email for this message to confirm the date, and don’t forget to open your trash and/or spam folder in case it was filtered there by mistake. You can also verify your reservation by logging into your account on
Disneyland.com or the
Disneyland mobile app and then selecting “Ticket and Reservation Details.” If you’re still unable to find your theme park reservation information or you feel there is an error in it, please call (714) 781-4636 so a Cast Member can assist you further.
