To answer your question, I really do not think you are going to have a problem with your reservations being cancelled because your card had to be replaced. You will not be charged until you arrive at Savi's Workshop. For example, I just had a great conversation with Shantel, one of our incredible planDisney Panelists! She told me she paid with a Disney gift card and not with the credit card she used to secure her reservation. If you wanted to be completely confident your reservation would not be cancelled, you could also "fly" on over to Savi's Workshop the day of your reservation and explain the situation.
