It sounds like you are planning a fabulous vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is one of my favorite resorts for many reasons. I love the relaxed atmosphere of this resort. My favorite feature is the Paddock Pool, it’s a great place to unwind on a non-park day and even grab a bite to eat at
The Paddock Grill.
Oh, bother! I am so sorry to hear that you are having trouble locating all the members of your party in My Disney Experience. I have a few suggestions on how to remedy this issue. I am not sure if you are using the mobile app or the online version of My Disney Experience. I recommend that you use a laptop or computer to troubleshoot this issue as well.
First, sign in to My Disney Experience and click on the
My Family & Friends list to make sure all the members of your party are connected to you. If they are not on your list, you need to send them an invite to connect. You can do this by clicking on “
+Add a Guest.” Select that you will “
enter their name and age,” and then “
invite them to connect” by entering their email address. Your family members will receive an email invitation to connect with you. Once you are connected, they will appear in your Family & Friends list. The missing family members should also now be shown on your room reservation.
If you have family members who manage their own My Disney Experience accounts, ask them if they can see the reservations in the
My Plans section of the app or online. If you still have family members missing, you will need to contact a Cast Member in
Disney Reservations at (407) 939-1936 to determine why the members of your party are missing. Quite often, they can work their magic to resolve the issue before you can say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo!
