I recommend taking the following steps to ensure you have all the necessary information for your stay. First, check your email, including your spam/junk folders, as important information and confirmations are often sent electronically.
Next, I recommend calling the Walt Disney World Resort reservations line directly at (407) 939-1936. Explain your situation to a Cast Member, who can provide you with the necessary information about your reservation and ensure everything is in order.
Additionally, ensure that your reservation details are linked to your
My Disney Experience account. This app is an excellent resource for keeping all your reservation details, tickets, and plans in one place. You can also use the app to check in online and view your reservation details.
Even if the package doesn’t arrive before your departure, you can still proceed with your plans. Make sure you have your reservation confirmation number and a valid ID with you when you check in at the resort. The Cast Members at the front desk can assist you with any additional details.
