If we make a reservation at a resort and then also make our dining reservations for the duration of our trip...will our dining reservations stay linked, even if we change our resort? Sometimes we make a reservation and modify if a discount comes out!

    Hi there Jolie,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to reach out to us with your question about Advanced Dining Reservations.  It looks like your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is coming up early next year, what a great time to visit!  Be sure to check out Epcot International Festival of the Arts, it is my favorite special event at Epcot!

Once you have made your Advanced Dining Reservations, don't worry, your reservations will stay linked to your My Disney Experience Account until you cancel them.  I am known to switch Disney Resorts Collection Hotels prior to visiting, and we have never had an issue with our Advanced Dining Reservations not staying linked to our My Disney Experience Account.  On the other hand, if you have to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation, you will still need to cancel your Advanced Dining Reservations yourself, for the same reason.  The reservations are separate from your Vacation Package.

I hope you have a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort in January, Jolie.  If you have any other questions, please come back and visit us at planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
