When a reservation requires a 24 hr cancel to avoid a charge, does that actually mean 24 hrs prior to the reservation time OR 11:59pm the day before the reservation? Asking about resort/park dining AND park activities like light saber/droid building res.

Hi Mark! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Your trip is super close now and it sounds like you have been busy planning all the details. With dining and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge reservations in place, you have a lot of fun on your itinerary!

I spoke with a Cast Member and was told that you just need to cancel these reservations by 11:59 P.M. (EST) the day before your reservations to avoid any cancellation fees. The terminology on cancellations usually says, "1 day prior," and being extra cautious, I always try to make any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance if I can. Mainly, I want to make sure my credit card doesn't incur any fees, but also I like to give someone else the chance to snag the last-minute reservation to brighten their visit!

Hopefully, you will be able to keep all your reservations to enjoy everything you have planned! Either way, I know you will have a wonderful vacation, Mark. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
