Hi Elizabeth,
Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted to hear that you have a breakfast reservation at Be Our Guest Restaurant. My family adores this restaurant and have dined there for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I would absolutely recommend that you keep that reservation. Although the Beast only greets guests at dinner at this time, the enchanted castle is lovely and you can look around while there. Our favorite room to dine in is the Grand Ballroom, towards the back. It feels as if we can see the outside winter wonderland!
If you do keep this reservation, be sure to do
Order-Ahead dining. At first, I resisted this idea - it seemed crazy to plan my meal that far ahead of the actual dining experience. Now, we always order ahead because it saves so much time at the restaurant. If you do not order-ahead, you will need to stand in line to order your food before being able to select a table and sit. If you order-ahead, you will just walk into the restaurant (once a cast member directs you), find a table, and a cast member will bring your food to you.
Elizabeth, the only other thing I might consider is the time of your reservation. We love to do a pre-park opening breakfast reservation at 8:00 a.m on a day when there are not early morning Extra Magic Hours. If we can get out by 8:45 a.m., we have been able to jump in the standby line for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train before the crowds arrive. We also just recently did the enhanced dinner experience and it was quite lovely. I have been able to snag last minute reservations prior to our trip. My luck seems to be best very early in the morning or later at night.
I am sending you a little extra pixie dust!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
