Hey, howdy, hey, Rodney!
It’s a privilege to welcome you back to planDisney! I bet you are getting excited about your upcoming visit to The Happiest Place on Earth!
If you would like, you are welcome to print out copies of your
Disney eTickets and the QR codes for your
theme park reservations. But that is not required. You are more than welcome to simply display your eTickets from the “Tickets & Passes” screen of the
Disneyland mobile app. When you activate your eTickets, they will be converted to regular tickets. The Cast Member at the park entrance will print out copies of your tickets on cards. From that point, you may choose to either use your printed ticket cards or the tickets displayed in the Disneyland app. Choose whichever is most convenient to you at the time. I tend to alternate between the two. If I don’t feel like fishing out my wallet with the tickets, I use my mobile phone. If I want to save my phone battery, I’ll use the physical tickets.
Tony’s Tip: After you
purchase the Disney Genie+ service, you may use the Tip Board in the Disneyland app to book return times to select attractions using their
Lightning Lane queues. Or use the app to purchase
individual Lightning Lane access to attractions that are not currently included with the Genie+ service. When your return time comes, you may either use the redemption code displayed from the mobile app or your ticket cards to scan in at the entrance to the Lightning Lane.
Have a magical time, Rodney!
