I have a reservation put I want to change my park passes to park hopper

    Hi Lynn,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here at planDisney with your question, we appreciate it!  I am so happy to see you are planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort later this year, I am sure you will have a magical time.

Since you have already purchased your Theme Park Tickets and have made your Theme Park Reservation, when you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort, you will be able to add the Park Hopper Option to your existing Theme Park Tickets at any Guest Relations kiosk in the Theme Parks or Disney Springs.  Please be aware that if you plan on upgrading, you will need to make sure there is at least one day left on your Theme Park Ticket, so I do recommend adding the Park Hopper as soon as possible during your visit.

As of right now, Park Hopping is allowed after 2:00 pm, provided there is still capacity at your preferred Theme Park.  If you open your My Disney Experience App, under "Theme Parks" you will be able to see which parks are available for Park Hopping that day.  If the park isn't available, it won't show up under Park Hopping in the App.  Since you already have your Theme Park Reservations, you won't need to make a reservation for the second park, but you will need to enter your original Theme Park before "hopping" to a second Theme Park.

I hope you found this information useful, Lynn.  If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back and visit us again here at planDisney, we are always happy to help.
