Hey there, hi there, Diana! Welcome!
Whether you have purchased your
theme park tickets directly from
Walt Disney World or from another venue, the tickets you buy have numbers on the backs of them. Those tickets have to be linked to a
My Disney Experience account in order for you to use them - and by using them, I mean making
theme park reservations.
The tool itself will walk you through
linking your tickets, including where to find the numbers you need to actually link the ticket. Some vendors provide only a confirmation number, and in many cases, you can use that to link your tickets. With just one confirmation number, you will have to assign the tickets individually once you're all linked.
Once the tickets are successfully linked, don't forget to go back in and make those theme park reservations for the parks you want to visit! You are coming at a pretty busy time, with spring break, Easter, and the
EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival all coinciding. I might also suggest that if you haven't added
Disney Genie+, you might want to look into that. It can really help cut wait times, as it allows you to choose a window to return to a busy ride or attraction.
I hope you have a magical, memorable time, Diana! If you have any other questions, come on back and visit with us.
Anna
